CANCELLATION POLICY: To ensure appointment availability for all patients, a cancellation policy is in effect. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. A credit card is required for all bookings.
DIRECT BILLING: MSK offers direct billing to most major extended health benefit providers for Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic services, making your visit as seamless and convenient as possible.
WORKSAFE CLAIMS: We provide direct billing to WorkSafeBC for Chiropractic appointments only. For Physiotherapy and Registered Massage Therapy services, patients are responsible for submitting claims directly to WorkSafeBC for reimbursement. Our team is happy to provide the necessary documentation to assist with your claim process.
ICBC CLAIMS: MSK accepts ICBC claims for eligible treatments. To allow us to properly coordinate your care and verify claim details, all initial ICBC appointments must be booked by phone. Please contact our clinic directly to schedule your appointment.
