As part of a recent system upgrade, all previously stored credit card information has been removed. Updated payment details must be re-entered to ensure uninterrupted service. We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter.

Our Metrotown location is now in our new and improved space at 4555 Kingsway on the 7th floor.

Our 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be applied for all late cancelled/missed appointments if notice is not given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Per clinic policy, a credit card is required for all bookings and Third Party insurance claim submissions (direct billing).
